GraspOS Demo Accepted at the EOSC Symposium 2025

26 September 2025

The GraspOS project is pleased to announce that its demo proposal, "Making research assessment resources easier to discover," has been officially accepted for the EOSC Symposium, taking place in Brussels from 28-30 October 2025.

Led by Thanasis Vergoulis (Athena Research Center), the presentation will focus on the GraspOS infrastructure, a platform designed to support the advancement of responsible research assessment (RRA) and the recognition of Open Science practices by making valuable resources such as datasets, tools, services, and guidelines more discoverable. A key feature of the infrastructure is the seamless integration of its catalogues into the broader EOSC ecosystem, which is designed to strengthen the coherence of the Open Science ecosystem in Europe and beyond.

The demo will feature a short video presentation offering a concise introduction to the GraspOS infrastructure and its architecture. It will provide a walkthrough of the platform's core discovery functionalities, using practical examples to illustrate how researchers, institutions, and policymakers can identify resources tailored to their specific assessment needs.

The official announcement can be found on the EOSC Symposium website.
