OpenCitations has launched the OpenCitations Community Survey to gather feedback regarding its infrastructure and services. The purpose of this survey is to continue building an infrastructure that reflects the needs of the scholarly community.

The input gathered will help OpenCitations refine its services and keep its mission aligned with the evolving global research ecosystem. Insights will directly inform how OpenCitations evolves its services and activities to better support community work, research, tools, and the general circulation of open knowledge.

All stakeholders are invited to participate, including supporters, partner institutions, users, or individuals who have simply encountered OpenCitations by chance. Respondents are asked to share their experience, noting what works, what could be improved, and what they’d like to see in the future.
